Mintshaho Legal Cost Consultants is a subsidiary of Mintshaho (Pty) Ltd, a 100% black-owned company founded by Terrance Maluleke, a legal practitioner of the High Court of South Africa.
With a strong foundation in civil litigation, the company brings practical insight to the preparation of legal costs and taxation matters. Its approach combines attention to detail, litigation experience and a commitment to timely, professional service.
Meet Our Leadership
Founder and Director
Terrance holds an LLB from the University of Limpopo, obtained in 2012, and entered the legal profession in March 2013. His experience includes civil litigation in lower and higher courts and over a decade of preparing bills of costs and statements of account. He also teaches legal costs at the LEAD School for Legal Practice in Thohoyandou.
Associate Director
Gilbert holds an honours degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Limpopo. His background in economics, financial management and auditing, together with training in legal costs, supports the firm's analytical approach to client matters.
Managing and Administrative Director
Winnie has qualifications in agriculture, education, management and business administration. She oversees administration, client relationships and operational coordination, supporting the delivery of professional and responsive service.
